A nice flat in an European city with a balcony and plants everywhere, the furniture is pretty; there's a rug, a velvety sofa, a piano, a fireplace, wooden floors, flowers, bookshelves and lots of books, wine, sunshine, music. You're chatting with your friends and you're eating some fruit. You went to a café earlier on and had coffee and a nice piece of cake. You gained weight. You're getting ready to go out.
